Healthy eating is not hard to do and it doesn’t take time either. Yes, of course the easiest thing to do is to eat whatever you find or to order any junk food from the nearest place to you, but if you decide to go on a diet, it doesn’t take time or effort the way your mind makes you imagine.

These are recipes I chose randomly for easy and simple foods, and of course they are very filling.

Breakfast suggestion

Boiled egg + a little thyme – and brown toast

Another low-carbohydrate breakfast suggestion:

Boiled eggs + kiwi + green apple

Lunch suggestion

Boiled white beans + cherry tomatoes + arugula and green basil with grilled meat

Another lunch suggestion

Grilled chicken + salad + fat-free yogurt + thyme, basil, and dried mint

Post-workout meal suggestion

200 g chickpeas with onion + 250 g grilled meat

Dinner suggestion

Cottage cheese with thyme + yellow pepper
