The days we’re living in right now are always tough for any man at the same time every year — the time when summer arrives and we start putting the winter clothes away in the closet and take out the summer clothes. And here comes the sad moment for 80% of men: “The summer clothes are tight on me,” they look ridiculous, and my belly is sticking out of them…

The same moment repeats every year… we keep eating all winter long, and the jackets and sweaters hide the belly while you don’t even notice…

The belly?! What are we going to do about it?! We’ll tell you a few practical solutions that are easy — far away from having to go running every day, do harsh dieting, or those abs exercises we’ll never do.

Organize your meal times
Try to make your food just 3 meals only. Don’t eat in between them — meaning don’t make them 4 or 5 meals. Always try to have breakfast before you go to work. As for lunch, try to make it late if you’re going to sleep after work, and if you’re not going to sleep, make it around 4–5 o’clock. For dinner, try to make it early — don’t eat after 10 o’clock. Because the dinner meal is the biggest cause of belly fat, since you don’t do any movement at night.

Water
How many cups of water do you drink a day?! You’ll find yourself not drinking more than two cups… very wrong. Drink at least 8 cups, and try to drink two cups half an hour before each meal — this fills your stomach a little.

Yogurt with lemon
A cup of yogurt before you sleep, squeeze half a lemon on it. This recipe is magical for the belly and has been tried.

Vegetables and fruits
If you’ve forgotten vegetables and fruits, remember them again. Eat vegetables with every meal — like a cucumber, a carrot, and a tomato. They’ll fill 30% of your stomach. And always keep fruit between meals.

Suck in your stomach
While you’re sitting, always — especially after eating — don’t completely relax and let your belly hang out like that. Try to suck in your stomach. This sucking-in will keep your muscles engaged and will reduce its size.

With these simple things… I won’t say the belly will go down in a week, but at least you’ll find yourself able to wear last summer’s clothes, and you’ll notice a change that will make you happy.
